Christmas gift inspiration // Christmas Series

Hey! And welcome to another Christmas series post :) Christmas is really coming up so fast, December starts already next week!!!
I actually really wanted to do a haul post some time this week too but is it just me who finds taking pictures of clothes nearly impossible?? Anyway I salute all you fashion bloggers out there, I don't know how you do it.

But on with today's post, I thought I'd do a little giftspriation, I think it's a good feeling when you know what you're gonna get for someone for Christmas BEFORE the actual Christmas day. There's no last days of shopping stress etc. etc. I mainly have things that are quite cheap but I also included some expencive ones and I really hope I can help you with deciding what to buy :)

Ofcourse you know that DIYs are some of the cheapest gifts but they're also very personal and cute, here are some ideas that you can make

1) ...reasons why I love you book
I know that some people write it on a deck of cards and then they get 52 reasons but you can just take a slightly thicker paper and write however many reason you want. I think the person who recieves this will be so happy because it really just comes from heart and it's so cute and all :)

2) 30 days of inspiration

This one I actually made by myself and I'm gonna give it to my dad. I got the idea last year when my friend gave me this present for Christmas. Basically you just find a little jar, decorate it and then you can search online or come up with some inspirational quotes. You write each on a piece of paper and fold it up and stick it into the jar. The person who recieves it has to take one of them each day and so they have 30 days of inspiration :)

These were the DIYs, now let's get on with the cheap ones that you can buy. And by cheap I mean under 15€

3) Stenders gift sets
So I don't know if you've heard of this shop calles Stenders but it's amazing. They sells all kinds of bath stuff and skin stuff, it's pretty much like The Body Shop just a little bit cheaper. And they have these adorable gift sets that you can also buy online if you want, there are so many that you can choose from (http://www.stenders-cosmetics.com/gift-ideas) But they also have the opportunity of making your own set from their products. When you go into the store they have these boxes in different sizes and they look so cute and you can put what ever you want in them. The price range starts from under 10€

4) Little giftbag of goodies
If you can't just choose one product to give then you can buy a few smaller ones and put them in a beautiful bag. Ofcourse you don't have to buy as much as in the picture, just buy like 2 or 3 and add some candy and chocolate in the bag and it'll be great gift for a beauty lover :)

5) A calendar

Since the end of the year is pretty damn close by Christmas then a calendar would be a great gift. And don't just buy a regular small one. My other friend got me the calendar in the picture last year and I think she found it from a book store so have a look into these. And if you're from Estonia and if you didn't know then we have this webstore called kalendrid.ee http://www.kalendrid.ee/ and you can put your personal pictures not only on calendars but also they make mugs, puzzels, business cards, t-shirts and some other stuff, all are great for gifts also.

And now I have slightly more on the expencve side gifts for all you splurgers out there!

6) A nailpolish set
You can buy some Christmassy colours and then put them in a cute box or bag with some chocolate or candy. This can also be a cheap gift idea, it depends on how many and how expencive ones you will buy. If you want then you can also buy a ready made set, some brands come up with like different themes or seasons etc. A great choice would be Essie winter 2013 collection.

7) A big candle
If you know that your friend loves candles then why not to get her a big, a slightly more expencive candle that she might not buy by herself. Maybe a yankee candle or bath and body works.

7) A bag
So there is this Amazing site! Over here http://www.5ashoesbags.com/handbags-c-68.html. It sells expencive brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel and many more. Not only bags but also jewlery, some clothes and some other accessories. Literally it is amazing, all the details look exactly the same as originals, everything is spelled right. and when usually a Louis Vuitton bag costs like 500-1000€ then look at the price of that! Definately go and check that website out, if you can't afford to buy a bag then a Tiffany bracelet is like $13. Or you can ask your parents to get you something from there for Christmas ;)

So this is it for my gift inspiration, I hope I have helped atleast some of you (I mean I think the last idea is pretty amazing hehe) Let me know in the comments what you think, and yeah :)

Have a beautiful, magical, wonderful day!

The Sweater Weather Tag // Christmas series

Hey!
So this is the first actual post from my Christmas series, yeey! I tagged myself into this tag because I just really wanted to do it :D I know it's an autumn tag in a Christmas series but we will not be talking about it okayy ;)

1. Favourite candle scent?
Hot chocolate definately :) My favourite is from an estonian brand JOIK

2. Coffe, tea or hot chocolate?
I'm a hot chocolate lover hence the anwser to the first question. It's just nice to snug up in your sweater under the blankets with a nice cup of hot chocolate and a pile of magazines.

3. What's the best fall memory you have?
It must be my first day of school. 1st september in 2005 (oh the old days haha)
I don't know why am I showing you but this is me on 1st of September, 2005 :')

4. which makeup trend do you prefer: dark lips or winged eyeliner?
I don't actually wear liner, nor do I wear dark lips, only occasionally. So if I had to choose then dark lips.

5. best fragrance for fall?
Well I love Shine by Heidi Klum. It's such a nice sweet scent and I love sweet perfumes during autumn/winter time. Let the fresh ones stay in summer!

6. Favourite Thanksgiving food?
We don't celebrate Thanksgiving is Estonia. My first time eating turkey was actually couple of days ago at school. But when it comes to my fave Christmas food then mine is the classic - baked potato with gravy, sauer kraut and blood sausage.

7. What is autumn weather like where you live?
Pretty much that. No I'm just kidding, there are nicer days too when the sky is clear and you can feel the crunchyness of the leaves. But most days are rainy and cold and something like in the picture above.

8. Most worn sweater?
A purple one from H&M

9. Must-have nailpolish for fall?
Right now I'm wearing OPI big apple red and accent nail is China Glaze lubu heels. I love this combination :)

10. Skinny jeans or leggings?
I don't really wear leggings...so skinny jeans I guess.

11. Combat boots or uggs?
Ugh, I hate uggs. I mean, some are quite nice but I wouldn't wear them myself. I actually prefer ankle boots with quite a chunky heel.

12. What song really gets you into the fall Christmas spirit?
Shake up Christmas is always, no excepion, the first Christmas song that I start listening when Christmas is just around the corner :)

I will tagg everybody because I feel really generous today! Oh who am I kidding, I always tagg everybody :)

And of course I had to put the Bear and the Hare video, I think it's so sweet and I admit that I teared up at the end there.

Have a beautiful, magical, wonderful day!

My First MAC Lipstick Review

Heyy!
Today I have really exciting news! Few weeks ago I finally bought my first ever MAC product!! And now I keep it like my own baby haha. I really struggled with choosing what I wanted from the MAC counter but then I thought that lipstick is always a good thing to buy so then I only had to pick out the right colour for me. After a while of searching, my hand was full of little lipstick swatches and with the help of my friend I chose the one called Costa Chic :)
So that's another thing to cross down in my bucket list

Okay, so I'm now past the excitement, let's get on with the review!
As I said, I got the shade Costa Chic and I absolutely love it!
It's a frost lipstick. When sometimes I feel like some lipsticks can dry out my lips then this one felt so moisturizing when I put it on.
It's a nice, kind of coral pink tone and it's not very dark. The pigmentation is really good, I think a frost lipstick is really build-able. If you apply one layer then it looks sheer and more like a tinted lip balm. I apply about 2 or 3 layers and then it looks like a full lipstick. And I think it's great because it makes a lipstick versatile and wearable in different situations. The texture is nice and creamy :)
It definately isn't one of those lipsticks that you'll need to use lip liner for. Even if you are not the best at leaving clean edges then it doesn't really show off.
I absolutely love the little bullet shape packaging. It's kept so simple which I think looks so classy and expencive. And the golden shimmer in that black cover is just topping it all off :)
The quality is amazing! I wore it out a whole day shopping and eating and I only had to touch up once which I find pretty impressive. It also doesn't smudge or wear off.
Overall, very impressed and happy with my first ever MAC purchase, may there be many more ;) It really is amazing although I still think that 20€ is a little too much for a lipstick haha.

Have a beautiful, magical, wonderful day!

Introducing: Christmas series

Did that picture already get you in Christmas mood? ;) It sure did that to me!
Hey! Soooo, as you can see from the title, I'm planning to do a little Christmas series on my blog. Woo! I'm excited, this is my first ever series that I'll be doing, I hope it'll turn out to be great!

You should start seeing a Christmas series post pop up on your blog feed every Saturday and right now I have planned to do a little Christmas DIY, beauty essentials, the sweater weather tag, Christmas present inspiration, two recipe posts, cause I'm a food addict and I also want to do a bedroom tour, it depends on how Christmasy I can make it. And in the end of every Christmas series post I'm going to add a nice Christmasy song that will really create the mood :)
If you have any suggestions about the Christmas series then I'd love to read them in the comments. First post will come next Saturday which is November, 16th :)
In times like Christmas, I'm really thankful for Pinterest (follow me by kilicking here) You will literally find tons of ideas on that page, there will be something for everybody. Definately go check it out to get inspiration for all kinds of things from gifts for your friends to Christmas ideas, the choice is endless!
Oh dear, go ahead and count how many times I said Chrstmas in this post...

Let's start with the first song

Have a beautiful, magical, wonderful day!

Last Drops of Autumn

I'm so so sorry for the awful quality this time, my phone was totally playing against me today!

Hello people!
Believe it or not, but I'm doing my first ever empties post!!! How good have I been at using up products lately, yay me! I've actually got quite a few and I've been collecting them through the months of autumn, it seems to be the time of the year when I'm finishing the most products. And yes, to me autumn ends with Halloween and Christmas begins haha!
Ready, steady, GO!

First of all, the weirdest thing ever. I never thought that I would ever say that but guys, I think that I might have used up a brush....yeah. Look at the picture, in the first half you can see what it kind of looked like before (I have two of these brushes) and in the second half you can see it now!! :O

Up next is my Manhattan pressed powder. This is probably one of the things that I'm always repurchasing. It's inexpenive, trusty and good quality. I already have a new one on my table and if you're wondering, my shade is 56 sand.
Last from makeup I have two makeup removers. If you've been reading my blog for a while now then you know that these things go flying through my hands. I don't really like the Nivea one and I won't repurchase it
but I had to use it because I didn't have my normal, the Bourjois, one.

I also have three hair products. I love the Batiste dry shampoo and I don't know why I bough the travel size when I only used it at home and it came to an end so quickly. That's why I had to bring out my first dry shampoo that I bought, I think it's called Get In Style. It's not the best but it does the job. When I buy my next dry shampoo it's gonna be a full size Batiste though.
Then I also have a shampoo from Timotei. It's a really cheap one but does amazing job with my hair. It's a perfet example that good quality doesn't necessarily mean expencive. It does run out quickly though. I started using it in the middle of September and since then I've used about 4 bottles. Right now I'm testing a Lush shampoo called I Love Juicy and so far I'm loving it!

Lastly I have three things that I couldn't lable anywhere. First of them is a NafNaf perfume Fashion Instinct. It was a nice fresh scent (Note: I'm the worst at describing scented stuff) And it served me for a good 7 months.
Now because of the really bad quality you can't really see the colour of the Sally Hansen nailpolish but it's deep dark purple with some shimmer gold flecks in it. Since it is the fall season, this is the perfect colour and I was devastated when I found out that I only got about 2 uses from it. The polish was so empty when I found it from my drawer.
The very last this in this post is TBS hand cream, I made a full review of this on my blog, click here. It was written all the way back in summer, yet it doesn't feel like that long ago at all. Seriousely, where is this year rushing?!

So anyway, I hope you enjoyed reading this post, oh and a new quote of the month is up on this blog too, go check it out to get motivated ;)

Have a beautiful, magical, wonderful day!
